* For Online Reservation, we require 50% down payment. Remaining 50% should be paid upon check-in.

* For Walk-in customers, payment should be paid upon check in. Advance check in will depend on the availability of the rooms, please contact our management to inquire.

 

* Marionne Resort is strictly no smoking policy.  You will be charged PHP2,000.00 as cleaning fee. There's a smoking area outside of our hotel.

 

* Check out Policy - Kindly approach our staff prior checking out to return key/s. PHP250.00 will be charged for lost key.

* Extra request Policy: There will be extra charge for additional pillows, towel and blankets.

* Pets are not allowed inside the building but we can help for pet accommodation.
